Clarity of Vision

Leaders who have an intentionally crafted strategy, that is anchored in clarity of their vision, of their role within the political landscape, and their commitment to the country, its people, and the constitution. Leaders who are able to clearly and succinctly articulate and communicate this strategy and vision to the masses.

Competence

Leaders with the competence to deeply understand both complex ground realities in Sri Lanka and the political bureaucracy to compile legislature and to design interventions that are impactful, sustainable, and results-driven.

Character

Leaders who have a deep and unwavering commitment to uphold integrity, accountability, and transparency while standing by a strong, justice-focused value system.

Compassion

An empathetic leader who is aware of the pain, grievances, unjust lived realities, and the aspirations of the common man and is moved with compassion to action. A leader who represents and fights for the civil rights of all citizens irrespective of their religion, race, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or class.

WHY?

To make Sri Lanka a better place to live, reset our political culture, and put a new generation at the core of national decision-making to chart a better path to progress over the long-term. We are the frontline generation – if we don’t do it, then no one can.

HOW?

Creating a ground-breaking academy with a quality curriculum on key political and socio-economic themes that provides an effective, results-driven training, mentorship, encouragement and a platform for a new generation of leaders.

A diverse, progressive, results-driven movement with a 2048 vision of creating a progressive, well-trained, competent generation of leaders for Sri Lanka that will transform the political, economic, and social values of the country

OBJECTIVES

To produce national leaders who are marked by virtuous character , exceptional competence , a profound clarity of vision and compelling compassion to serve their countrymen, by and through academic learning and other programs.
To energize , equip , enable a new generation to effectively and strategically lead Sri Lanka to her Centenary of independence.
To create a platform for national leaders long term sustainable solutions for national transformation, political, socially and economically.
To produce and promote innovative policies on the economic , health and wellbeing, diversity and inclusion , governance , environmental and agricultural and educational sectors of the nation.
To encourage a culture of active citizenship and proactive engagement to refine and revive our nation’s capacity.
